Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Flero uses cookies and similar technologies on flero.ai. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle personal data more broadly. Flero is operated by AICE Technology Limited.
What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking scripts, work in much the same way. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and they let us understand how the site is used.
Our Approach to Consent
We load company-level analytics by default on a legitimate-interest basis. This identifies the organisation a visit comes from, not the individual. When you first visit the site, a banner explains this and lets you opt out. If you reject, we stop loading analytics. You can change your choice at any time.
Cookies and Trackers We Use
Strictly necessary
We store your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear on every page. This is kept in your browser's local storage under the key flero_cookie_consent. It is set on our own domain, holds only your choice and the date you made it, and is never used to track you. This is required for the site to respect your decision, so it does not need consent.
Analytics, on by default, opt out anytime
We load the Apollo website tracker by default. Reject stops it.
- Provider: Apollo.io, loaded from assets.apollo.io.
- Purpose: to understand site traffic and which content visitors engage with, so we can improve Flero.
- Type: third party analytics cookies and scripts.
- Scope: company level. It identifies the organisation a visit comes from, not the individual.
- Basis: legitimate interest. Loaded by default. If you reject, it stops loading on your later visits.
For details of how Apollo handles data, see the Apollo privacy policy.
Changing or Withdrawing Your Choice
You can reopen the cookie banner and change your choice at any time.
If you reject, Apollo is not loaded on your later visits. You can also clear cookies and site data for flero.ai in your browser settings, which removes your stored choice and shows the banner again on your next visit. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies through their own settings.
Changes to This Policy
We keep this policy under regular review. This version was last updated on 22 June 2026. Any changes will be posted on this page.
